O Santos não deve conseguir finalizar a compra de uma área de pouco mais de 280 mil metros quadrados em São Vicente, a qual pretendia usar como centro de treinamento para as categorias de base. Ao menos é o que garantiu Américo Ferreira Neto, presidente da Associação de Funcionários da Cosipa, detentora da área, ao LANCE!. O Peixe havia entregado à AFC uma proposta no valor de R$ 43 milhões, que não foi suficiente para interceptar o negócio com a TRX, empresa que oferece cerca de R$ 40 milhões à vista pelo local e trabalha com infraestrutura, armazenamento e logística.

– Há mais ou menos duas semanas, freamos qualquer outra proposta pela área. Então, levamos o que tínhamos ao nosso Conselho Deliberativo. Ambas as propostas (do Santos e da TRX) foram apresentadas ao Conselho. Ficou então definido que vamos dar prosseguimento ao que foi proposto pela TRX. A área tem 286 mil metros quadrados, campos de futebol, piscina e vegetação. Ambiente bem legal – ponderou Américo, por telefone, e completou:

– Uma parte da área está sob preservação ambiental e quem está querendo comprar sabe disso. Decidimos comercializar a área depois de um tempo no qual perdemos associados e não conseguimos trazer nada de novo. É a melhor escolha.

E O SANTOS?
O Santos recebeu na manhã desta quinta-feira uma carta da AFC comunicando sobre a decisão em dar prosseguimento a proposta da TRX. O Alvinegro entende que ainda será procurado pela associação caso o negócio fracasse e segue confiante em ter a área de São Vicente, pois ofereceu R$ 43 milhões, valor superior ao do concorrente.

A reportagem apurou que o clube tem planos B e C caso de fato fique sem a área. Mesmo assim, a área da associação é considera a melhor opção, pois oferece campos prontos para uso e não requer manutenção imediata, satisfazendo a necessidade do clube, que pretende espaçar a distribuição de treinos de suas categorias de base (sub-11, 13, 15, 17, 20), além de sub-23 e Santos B. Hoje o clube conta com o CT Meninos da Vila e com o Rei Pelé, utilizado em sua maior pelo profissional.

Pessoas ligadas ao clube ainda confiam que a negociação com a TRX possa esbarrar em proibições sobre o uso da área. A finalidade esportiva proposta pelo Peixe, por exemplo, se enquadra em fins liberados para o local.

– O CT é um trabalho muito importante feito pelo Andrés Rueda, que foi meu adversário e integra o Comitê Gestor. Já é antiga, já passou por duas gestões anteriores e estava meio empacotado. Fizemos uma proposta e se vocês olharem no contrato, ele diz que se o clube aceitar, passará pelo Conselho Deliberativo. É um ótimo negócio para o clube, mas é importante que todos entendam da mesma forma para que as coisas caminhem de forma ética, transparente, clara, sem problema nenhum. Não vamos botar um tostão, a princípio, é CT da base – havia dito o presidente José Carlos Peres na manhã desta terça-feira. O trabalho citado pelo dirigente foi feito por Rueda em parceria com José Renato Quaresma, candidatos à presidência e vice-presidência na última eleição do Peixe.

Bad news

Indeed, it’s a claim that hasn’t gone down too well with the Lilywhites faithful with some urging Conte to consider a U23 player instead of the Brazilian right-back and others suggesting that the Italian won’t change his ways.

Emerson has struggled massively since his £26m summer move from FC Barcelona, so it’s no wonder many around N17 are worried by the prospect of the 23-year-old going up against Harvey Barnes, Ademola Lookman, and James Maddison and co.

His performances under both Nuno Santo and now Conte have drawn plenty of criticism.

Speaking to Football Insider earlier in the season, pundit Noel Whelan described him as “shocking” and “terrible”, whilst former Spurs centre-back Jonathan Woodgate isn’t surprised to see the club linked with an alternative in the form of Djed Spence.

“If you play in La Liga like Emerson Royal has, balls don’t really go into the box that much to the back post. 

“You don’t need to do that much defending. In the Premier League, it happens week in, week out.

“I’ve watched [both] Emerson Royal and Djed Spence for Nottingham Forest, and Spence looks a different level, compared to him,” he told BBC 5 Live.

42% of the Foxes’ attacks come down the Brazilian’s flank, so if Conte does indeed trust him to start, it could well be a very long afternoon for the home faithful at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this afternoon.

It’s unlikely that many will be pleased with Gold’s suggestion, that’s for sure.

كشفت شبكة “كالتشيو ميركاتو” الإيطالية قرار لاعب وسط منتخب المغرب ونادي فيورنتينا، سفيان أمرابط، بشأن مستقبله وخطوته المقبلة في مسيرته الأوروبية.

تألق أمرابط مع منتخب المغرب في بطولة كأس العالم قطر 2022، وهو ما جذب العديد من الأندية لمتابعته قبل التحرك الرسمي للتعاقد معه وعلى رأسها ليفربول.

يستعد فيورنتينا إلى تقديم عرض جديد للمغربي الدولي للاستمرار حتى يونيو 2025 بدلًا من يونيو 2024، رغم أن النادي الإيطالي لن يغلق الباب أمام إمكانية رحيل أمرابط إذا جاء عرضًا بقيمة 30 مليون يورو.

أكد ياسر المسحل، رئيس نادي الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم أن نادي النصر قد يهدد بعقوبات في حال التعاقد مع اللاعب البرتغالي كريستيانو رونالدو ولم يتمكن من تغطية تكاليف الصفقة.

وكانت صحيفة “ماركا” الإسبانية أكدت توصل النصر لاتفاق لضم رونالدو بعقد يمتد لمدة موسمين ونصف بداية من يناير المقبل بينما نفى اللاعب تلك التقارير الصحافية كما ذكرت شبكة “سكاي” أن ما يقال عن ارتباط العالمي بضم اللاعب لا أساس له من الصحة.

وقال ياسر المسحل في تصريحات لصحيفة “ماركا” الإسبانية: ” النصر عليه أولا أن يغطي تكاليف صفقة انتقال كريستيانو رونالدو حتى لا يدخل في مشكلة مع رابطة الأندية”.

وأتم المسحل تصريحاته: “الدوري السعودي بات عامل جذب للنجوم العالميين، مثل الأرجنتيني إيفر بانيجا والنيجيري أوديون إيغالو”.

وفي حال لم ينجح النصر في تغطية تكاليف راتب اللاعب البرتغالي سوف يتم حرمان النادي من شهادة الكفاءة المالية، ومنعه من تسجيل صفقاته الجديدة.

وكان مسلى آل معمر رئيس نادي النصر طالب من طفل مشجع للعالمي يرغب في وصول كريستيانو رونالدو بالدعاء بنجاح تلك الصفقة.

ويستعد النصر لمواجهة الرائد يوم الجمعة المقبل 16 ديسمبر، وذلك في إطار منافسات الجولة التاسعة من عمر مسابقة دوري روشن السعودي.

ويتواجد النصر في وصافة جدول ترتيب دوري روشن برصيد 19 نقطة بفارق 3 نقاط عن الشباب المتصدر.
