أعلنت اللجنة المنظمة لبطولة كأس العرب عن إلغاء بطاقة المشجع للجماهير، والحضور بالتذكرة للمباريات المتبقية من البطولة.

وانطلقت بطولة كأس العرب في قطر يوم 30 نوفمبر الماضي، وستستمر حتى 12 ديسمبر الجاري، وتقام تحت إشراف الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم.

ووفقًا للموقع الرسمي لكرة القدم “فيفا” فإن اللجنة المنظمة للبطولة تُعلن عن انتهاء المرحلة الأولى لبطاقة بطاقة المشجع لحضور مباريات كأس العرب، وتتوجه بالشكر لجميع الجماهير حاملي بطاقة هيّا.

وأوضح: “سيكون استخدام بطاقة هيّا (بطاقة المشجع) اختيارياً للجماهير الراغبة بحضور مباريات البطولة، على أن يكون إبراز التذكرة إجبارياً لدخول الاستاد”.

وأردف: “إضافة إلى إظهار الإطار الذهبي على تطبيق احتراز والذي يثبت تلقي اللقاح، أو تقديم نتيجة الفحص السلبية للأطفال الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 12 عاماً”.

ومن جانبه، أعلن سامي الشمري، المدير التنفيذي للتكنولوجيا في اللجنة المنظمة عن انتهاء المرحلة الأولى الخاصة ببطاقة هيّا (المشجع) بعد 16 مباراة، أي نصف عدد المنافسات المقررة في البطولة.

وأضاف: “سيكون بمقدورنا مراجعة العملية الكاملة لمشروع بطاقة المشجع من خلال البيانات التي تمكّنا من جمعها أثناء هذه الفترة، مما يشكل إضافة قيمة تسهم في الارتقاء بجاهزيتنا في طريق استعداداتنا لاستضافة كأس العالم بعد عام من الآن”.

وتابع: “استفاد عدد كبير من حاملي البطاقة من المزايا التي اشتملت عليها، ومن ضمنها الاستخدام المجاني لوسائل النقل العام، ويسرنا تأكيد استمرار هذه الخدمة المجانية للفترة المتبقية من البطولة لحاملي بطاقة المشجع”.

تجدر الإشارة إلى أنه ما يزال يتعين على المشجعين من خارج قطر التسجيل على منصة بطاقة هيّا (بطاقة المشجع) للحصول على تصريح الدخول لقطر.

جدير بالذكر أن منتخب المغرب نجح في التأهل لدور الربع نهائي من بطولة كأس العرب، بجانب كل من مصر والجزائر وقطر.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona goalkeeper Neto is only interested in a move to Arsenal if he is guaranteed playing time.

What’s the story?

Reports in recent days have suggested that Mikel Arteta’s side will be willing to let summer signing Alex Runarsson leave the club on loan if they can bring in a replacement for him.

Now, Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo claim that while Neto would be an ideal option for them, the Brazilian himself would only be interested in making the switch to the Premier League giants if they can make some assurances over how much he will play.

The report adds that he would only leave Barcelona if he is guaranteed the starting spot at Arsenal, with the Gunners only willing to promise that he will challenge Bernd Leno for that number one role.

Arteta won’t be happy

Whilst securing a better number two goalkeeper for Arteta will be something that will make him relieved, Neto’s demands are wholly unrealistic, and would surely leave the Gunners boss tearing his hair out.

The Spaniard is trying to build a culture of working hard and having no passengers or prima donnas in the squad – you only have to look at how the likes of Mesut Ozil and Matteo Guendouzi have been side-lined under his leadership.

If Neto is trying to get guarantees of starting for the Gunners before he’s even proven himself, then it really does raise some major questions about his willingness to play and compete for the north Londoners.

A position in the side should be earned on merit, not simply handed out to players. It’s exactly why Edu would be making a foolish mistake by acquiescing to the £65k-a-week ace’s demands, and why Arteta will be fuming if he did.

أكد عدنان عوض لاعب منتخب الأردن السابق، أن مباراة فريقه أمام مصر في كأس العرب ستكون صعبة، مشيرًا أنه كان يفضل مواجهة الجزائر عن الفراعنة.

منتخب مصر يستعد لمواجهة نظيره الأردن في المباراة التي ستجمع الفريقين في دور ربع نهائي من بطولة كأس العرب التي تقام في قطر.

وقال عدنان في تصريحات تلفزيونية عبر فضائية عبر “أون تايم سبورتس”: “الهدف كان وصول منتخب الأردن إلى ربع نهائي كأس العرب والتأهل لم يكن مفاجأة، ستكون مباراة صعبة أمام مصر، وأتمنى المنتخب المصري يكون لديه ثقة زائدة في هذه المباراة”.

وتابع: “المدير الفني الأردني لن يغامر في مباراة مصر وسيكون هناك حرص كبير وسيلعب على الهجمات المرتدة خصوصًا أنه يمتلك لاعبين يتميزوا بالسرعة”.

واوضح: “لاعبو الأردن في المباريات الكبيرة يتفوقون، وان شاء الله نرى منتخب مصر في كأس العالم أفضل منتخب في إفريقيا وبالوطن العربي”.

وأضاف: “المنتخب الذي لديه الروح والعزيمة والاصرار والتحدي والانضباط التكتيكي قادرين أن يحققوا نتيجة إيجابية”.

وزاد: “مصر والجزائر منتخبات كبيرة ومميزة ولكن كنت أفضل مواجهة الأخير عن الفراعنة”.

وأختتم: “منتخب الجزائر لديه انضباط تكتيكي عالي ويعتمدوا على القوة البدنية، معظم لاعبي خط وسط مميزين بالمهارة والسرعة”.

For Celtic, not even the possibility of a few new signings will help turn their fortunes this season.

They are considerably off the pace in the SPFL but Neil Lennon won’t leave his post as manager until he is sacked by the hierarchy. That means that for the time being, he and Nick Hammond can continue to plan their assault on the January market.

What’s the word?

According to Football League World, Celtic are interested in signing Stoke City winger Tom Ince this January.

The Hoops are looking at ways they can complete a deal for the 28-year-old who currently earns a salary of £27k-per-week at the Championship club.

It’s not known whether a deal would be permanent or temporary but it’s evident that the Bhoys are looking for solutions to improve their attack.

Ince has played just seven matches this term so a move would probably benefit him personally.

Replacing Forrest

When you look at Celtic’s squad, they have been particularly lacking in wide areas. With James Forrest out injured, their only real viable options have been Ryan Christie and Mo Elyounoussi.

Christie has scored just once in his last 16 and Elyounoussi is only on loan. As a result, they clearly need to bring in more depth.

Though, if they do sign Ince, it would surely spell bad news for Forrest, someone who has played only seven Premiership matches this term because of an ankle injury.

The winger hasn’t been seen since mid-September but despite making over 400 appearances for the Glaswegians, his place in the squad should be under threat.

After all, Ince is a winger too and would undoubtedly offer qualities that could improve Lennon’s ranks. For starters, the wide man is a quick player capable of stretching defences and his direct nature ensured he contributed to five goals last season.

Ultimately, that was an arduous term but it wasn’t helped by Stoke’s league placing of 15th. You only need to look at what he did in a more attacking-minded team such as Derby to understand his true qualities, however.

When the Rams finished fifth in the Championship during the 2015/16 season, Ince racked up 12 goals and eight assists. He managed 14 goals the following campaign.

That may have been a number of years ago but it goes to show what the attacker is capable of when a team caters to his strengths.

Considering how much Celtic have dominated Scottish football in recent years, there’s no reason he couldn’t rediscover his mojo at Parkhead in a team who like to attack far more than Stoke.

It would be a good move for player and club, but for their own winger in Forrest, it wouldn’t be positive news at all. He will struggle enough as it is to get back in the team without the addition of another flanker in January.

He should be running scared.

Zé Roberto, capitão do Palmeiras, realizou o sonho de Fellype, um pequeno torcedor com necessidades especiais. Ele visitou o garoto de seis anos no hospital neste domingo, levou uma camisa do clube e ajudou a divulgar uma campanha criada na internet para arrecadar fundos para a família.

Fellype nasceu com má formação nos pés e nas mãos, sem o rim e sem o céu da boca. Ele fez uma cirurgia para correção de lábios leporinos (uma fissura nos lábios que atrapalha a formação do bebê durante a gestação), mas teve complicações há cerca de quatro meses e precisou voltar a ser internado. Embora tenha perdido o segundo rim e não tenha previsão de alta, o garoto encontra-se em situação estável.

O objetivo da campanha, além de comover Zé Roberto, é arrecadar dinheiro para Tião Lemes e Keli Lemes, pais de Fellype, se locomoverem até o hospital da PUC Campinas, onde está sendo feito o tratamento.

De acordo com a família do pequeno palmeirense, ele costuma apontar para a televisão quando vê Zé Roberto. Após a visita, a mãe disse que o menino está “explodindo de alegria”.

Esta não é a primeira boa ação de jogadores do Palmeiras. No ano passado, Cristaldo doou uma prótese para Gabriel Neris, paratleta de 15 anos. Meses depois, Gabriel Jesus visitou e jogou videogame com um pequeno torcedor em tratamento para leucemia.

أصدرت رابطة الدوري الإسباني لكرة القدم “لا ليجا” بيانًا رسميًا، ردت من خلاله على بيان الاتحاد الإسباني والذي رفض من خلاله اتفاقية الرابطة مع صندوق الاستثمار الدولي “CVC”.

وكان الصندوق قد توصل لاتفاق مع لاليجا هذا الصيف يشمل ضخ 2.7 مليار يورو في المسابقة والأندية، مقابل حصوله على نسبة من تسويق الحقوق السمعية والبصرية.

وتم تقديم الاتفاق بين لاليجا و صندوق CVC الاستثماري للأندية في أغسطس الماضي، ورفضت ثلاثة أندية (ريال مدريد، أتلتيك بلباو، برشلونة) فقط من أصل 42 الاتفاقية.

الأندية الثلاثة قدمت اقتراحًا بديلًا لرابطة الليجا بتمويل 2000 مليون يورو على مدى 25 سنة بفائدة سنوية، بدلًا من قرض صندوق الاستثمار والذي سيُسدد على 50 عامًا، ولكن رابطة الليجا رفض ذلك، مُشيرة إلى أن هذه الاقتراح سيُدمر المنافسة مُستقبلًا بالليجا.

وتضامن الاتحاد الإسباني لكرة القدم مع الأندية الثلاثة ضد الرابطة، حيث يعتقد المسؤولون داخل الاتحاد الملكي أن الاتفاق غير قانوني، وجدد رفضه لمشروع (لا ليجا إمبوسولو) في بيان رسمي، أصدره اليوم الأربعاء.

ولكن الرابطة ردت على بيان الاتحاد، مُشيرة إلى أنها لا تفهم سبب معارضة الاتحاد، حيث أن الاتفاقية لن تضر الاتحاد الإسباني بأي شكل من الأشكال. نص بيان الليجا

– بعد البيان الذي نشره الاتحاد الإسباني لكرة القدم، نُريد أن نوضح أنه في شهر أغسطس الماضي، تبنت جمعية الليجا سلسلة من الاتفاقيات بتصويت ما لا يقل عن 38 ناديًا من أصل 42 ناديًا أعضاء في الرابطة، وهي أغلبية مشروعة بوضوح لـ تطوير المشروع وتقع على عاتق رئيس لا ليجا مسؤولية تنفيذ الاتفاقات المعتمدة من قبل الجمعية العامة. 

– نحن لا نفهم أن الاتحاد الإسباني لكرة القدم يتعارض مع الإرادة الاجتماعية لليجا، بموجب اتفاقية لا تضر الاتحاد بأي شكل من الأشكال، بل على العكس من ذلك إذا أخذنا في الاعتبار أنه مع (لا ليجا إمبوسولو)، ستجري العديد من الأندية تحسينات في ملاعبها، وهو ما سيعطي المزيد من الاحتمالات لملف إسبانيا لاستضافة لكأس العالم 2030.

– نحن نرفض أي اتهام بعدم شرعية المشروع وأكثر من ذلك عندما يتم اتهامه من جهل متعمد.

– لقد أتيحت للاتحاد الإسباني لكرة القدم الفرصة لاستشارة جميع المعلومات التي تتضمن تقارير الشركات المرموقة المعترف بها؛ أوريا مينينديز ولاثام آند واتكينز (شركات استشارات قانونية) والتي تقدم المشورة لـ CVC، والتي تضمن الملاءة القانونية للاتفاقية.

– من ناحية أخرى، فإن الاتهامات بشأن الظروف المزعومة للأندية لا أساس لها من الصحة ويوجد جهل بنطاق تعديلات لوائح الرقابة الاقتصادية المعتمدة.

Celtic’s worrying dip in form continues after they were unable to hold onto their lead over Livingston last night. To make matters worse, Scott Brown is now looking at a suspension following his second half sending off.

The Hoops are in desperate need of recruiting once the January transfer window opens. Not only are they heavily leaking goals but they are lacking creativity in their attack and are failing to register wins as of late.

Nick Hammond and co need to strengthen their ranks if they want to chase down Premiership winners-elect Rangers next season. But one target who Celtic have been linked with who wouldn’t fit the bill is James McCarthy, who is attracting interest according to Football Insider.

Celtic must avoid moving for McCarthy

According to them, the Glaswegians have registered their interest in the 30-year-old midfielder. However, should they want to pursue a move, they may have to wait until the summer to bring him to Celtic Park.

The Ireland international is out of contract with the Eagles this summer so adding him to the team wouldn’t cost Peter Lawwell a penny. All he would have to meet is his handsome £50,000 per week wages. But despite the attraction of signing McCarthy on a free contract, his performances this season have left a lot to be desired.

Compared to Brown, the former Everton man’s stats are very disappointing. According to WhoScored, McCarthy averages just 68% accurate passes per match compared to the Celtic captain’s 88.8%. The skipper also has a much higher number of key passes, shots per game and interceptions.

So despite the fact that Brown is having a tough time right now, McCarthy is worse off than the struggling veteran. Signing a player of lesser calibre than Brown would prove fruitless for Celtic, who are in dire need of more creative, influential players in the middle of the park.

The Palace ace has only been utilised on seven occasions in the Premier League this season, with just five of those appearances coming as starts, via Transfermarkt. He is clearly not a trusted member of Roy Hodgson’s squad and it’s likely he won’t be offered a new contract before the summer.

Celtic must use their lure as Premiership giants to catch bigger fish than McCarthy, who seems to be more of a convenient option rather than a smart one.

Mike Ashley should go all out to seal a late deal for Newcastle United to sign Arsenal’s Ainsley Maitland-Niles on Deadline Day.

What’s the word?

According to The Telegraph’s Luke Edwards, the Magpies were unsuccessful in efforts to sign Maitland-Niles on loan with United unable to agree on financial terms with the Gunners.

The two Premier League sides are believed to have been far apart in their valuations of the versatile £16m-rated talent, who has started only five of his 11 top-flight appearances this term.

Reports by The Athletic claim that Maitland-Niles had also been West Bromwich Albion’s top-target for Deadline Day, but they have seemingly missed out on the England international too, with the 23-year-old weighing up offers to join Southampton and Leicester City.

It is added that the Foxes would be Maitland-Niles’ preferred destination if he is to leave the Emirates before Monday night’s deadline passes, with Brendan Rodgers keen on a deal after Dennis Praet and Wilfred Ndidi both suffered injuries.

Maitland-Niles moving to the King Power Stadium, in a deal that could include an option to buy the Arsenal product, is expected to allow Hamza Choudhury to leave Leicester on loan amid interest from Newcastle.

Go all out for Maitland-Niles

Steve Bruce should be urging Managing Director Lee Charnley and owner Ashley to go all out for Maitland-Niles on Deadline Day and come up with an offer simply too good for Arsenal to refuse, and then set about changing the £35,000-per-week dynamo’s mind.

Maitland-Niles would be the perfect late addition for the Magpies as they look to build momentum from Saturday’s 2-0 win at Everton and pull further clear of the relegation zone, as the Gunners’ self-proclaimed “workhorse” has fantastic drive and room for growth.

Arsenal icon Martin Keown could only wax lyrical over his efforts in the centre of midfield after Mikel Arteta’s side beat Rapid Vienna in the Europa League earlier this season, telling BT Sport via quotes by the Metro: “He impressed me, it looks so easy for him at times and you can tell he’s got gears.”

Peter Crouch further added: “‘I think he’s tremendous, I really like him. He’s got energy and he’s calm on the ball. He was full of confidence.”

Maitland-Niles also impresses when fielded as a left-wing-back, proving excellent going forward and alert defensively against Chelsea in the FA Cup Final last summer, while former England international Chris Sutton described him as a “versatile talent, a diamond” in his Daily Mail column after playing a key role in the Gunners’ Community Shield when over Liverpool last August.

Thus Bruce would solve two issues in one with a swoop for Maitland-Niles on Deadline Day, having scoured the market all winter for a new box-to-box midfielder and full-back. It just remains to be seen if Ashley is willing to put his hand in his pocket to get a deal done.
